AI Return Policy Drafter
About this tool
A plain-English returns and refunds policy covering the questions customers actually ask.
A missing returns policy costs sales before it ever costs a refund. People check for one before they order, and an ambiguous policy generates more support messages than a strict one.
Describe what you sell and pick your return window. The draft covers the six things customers look for: how long they have, what condition the item must be in, who pays return shipping, how the refund is issued, how long it takes, and what cannot be returned at all. Anything you must supply comes back in brackets. It closes by noting that the policy does not override statutory consumer rights and that a lawyer should look at it — genuinely worth doing, since consumer protection rules differ sharply between countries and generally beat whatever your page says.
