About this tool

Paste the message you were sent, say what you want to answer, and get a reply that actually addresses it.

Most drafting tools ask you to describe an email from scratch. That is the wrong end of the problem — the hard replies are the ones answering something already sitting in your inbox: a client pushing back on a price, a landlord ignoring the third request, a recruiter asking a question you would rather sidestep.

Paste what you received. Add one line about what you want to come back with. The reply that comes out has actually read the original, so it answers the questions that were asked rather than talking past them. Where a detail is missing — a date, a figure, a name — it leaves a bracketed placeholder instead of inventing something, which is the failure mode that gets people into trouble with AI drafts.

How to use

  1. Paste the message you received, then write one line on what you want to say back, and pick a tone and length
  2. Press Generate and give it a few seconds.
  3. Copy what you need, or generate again for a different take — every run is fresh.

Frequently asked questions

An email writer starts from your description of an email. This starts from the message you were actually sent, so the reply responds point by point to what is in front of it instead of producing something generic that ignores half the questions asked.

Say so in the intent box — for example "acknowledge the delay but do not commit to a new date". It will handle the rest and stay quiet on that point rather than volunteering an answer you did not authorise.

A bracket marks a fact the tool was not given and refuses to guess — usually a date, price or name. Fill them in before sending. That is deliberate: a made-up specific in an email is far worse than an obvious blank.

No. Your input is sent to the AI provider this site is configured to use purely to generate your result, and is not stored here afterwards. There is no account for it to be attached to. Even so, keep passwords, financial details and other people's private information out of it.

The site owner selects one model that powers every tool here, so there is nothing for you to configure. Describe what you need, press Generate, and read the result before you use it.
